1. Application fee for Fully Funded Delegate are totally non-refundable & non-transferable in any case.
2. Personal information you submitted will be stored in our database and will be to communicate and for future promotional activities.
3. During the event our media team will be taking a lot of pictures and videos which we can use for promotional purposes on any platform, if you wish to not appear in any pictures, videos or interviews you may email us at [email protected]
4. Delegates for our events will have to abide by rules and regulations of the venue, host organization and country.
5. The host organization if at any unfortunate scenario or condition can cancel, amend or postpone the event or can also change the venue. If a force Majeure happens, refunds and reimbursements will be made as per the CDA refund policy.
Selection for the Fully Funded Delegate will be determined by the panel of independent judges and it cannot be challenged.
When using our site, you may voluntarily provide “personal information” that identifies you as an individual, including your name and contact information. We may use the personal information that you provide for our operational purposes, including the activities described below, but CDA never shares or sells individual information. We may also use the information that you provide to contact you with offers or items that may interest you. When you choose to provide us with personal information, we may combine it with other information about you that we receive from third parties.
If anyone buy the self-funded package and wants to get a refund; following is the policy of refunds:
CDA will charge 5% of the total payment if the refund request has been made 45 days before the event.
CDA will charge 10% of the total payment if the refund request has been made 30 days before the event.
CDA will charge 25% of the total payment if the refund request has been made 15 days before the event.
CDA will charge 50% of the total payment if the refund request has been made a week before the event.
CDA wont offer any refunds after the first day of the event.
We and our service providers may use various technologies to collect data automatically about your use of our Website. We use this automatically-collected data for our operational purposes such as to administer and improve the site. We also use these technologies to personalize your experience with CDA.
